   This is lovely two-bedroom duplex apartment, it has a large terrace set up for alfresco dining with a stunning view that takes in the private swimming pool, the surrounding olive groves, the green hills behind Bol, the sea, the island of Hvar and the Biokovo mountain range on the mainland – and at night, a sky full of stars. On the ground floor you will find a bright well-equipped kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower as well as living room with sofa bed, that can be configured as a bed for an extra two people. The second bedroom with two single beds is located on the first floor as a gallery. Villa Nina can accommodate up to 6 people and is therefore ideal for a family or small group. Every corner of the villa has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and comfort to make it feel like a home away from home with the addition of the surrounding Mediterranean nature and the Mediterranean climate.

Bol

   Bol is a small town where everything is at walking distance. There are numerous beaches close to the town on both, east and west side of Bol. The most famous beach Zlatni rat is located about 1,5 km outside of the town and can be reached from the center of Bol by a tourist train or a taxi boat. You can also enjoy a 20 min walk from the center, surrounded by pine trees and beautiful nature.
