   Luxury villa with pool located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo next to Trogir and the Split airport. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa, located less than 100 m from the beach, is set on three floor:
-ground floor (pool floor): 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool;
-first floor (entrance floor): big living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, big set of cutlery (24 pieces of each), all kind of glasses (for red wine, white wine, long drinks, Soft drink, shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of plates, bowls, cooking pans and frying pans;
-second floor: one double room and one triple room both with en-suite bathroom.

Okrug

   The villa is located in a quieter part of the village Okrug Gornji. Only 500 m from the house you can find the Copacabana beach. The first restaurant is about 5 minutes walking, the first shop 10 minute walking. In summertime you can easily reach Trogir by boat whose departure is at 500 m from the house.
