   The Villa delle Rondini is situated near the entrance of the village of Bratulići. It represent a perfect mixture of urban and rural elements, giving to the traditional parts a modern touch. A beautiful white stone wall surrounds the villa and gives you the sense of architecture style of Istria.

The villa was built 2013 from scratch so, it is completely new.

House has large living room which can take 8-10 persons with two exits to the yard and swimming pool, large kitchen which has all appliances ( dishwasher, microwave, ect.), connected to the living room by little decorated minibar. Villa has three bedrooms ( one in the ground floor + two more on the first floor ) each bedroom has each own Tv/Sat with separate air condition and also each bedroom on the first floor has own private terrasse with a nice view. Villa also has private wellness which include infrared sauna & jacuzzi for 6 persons,also floor heating included in wellness and living room area.

   Green Istria - unlike Blue Istria is categorized by a multitude of green forests, caves and stone towns. Numerous cultural, historical and natural sights and unforgettable views from various towns on the hills give a special feeling away from the crowds and traffic of everyday life. Also there are the real riches of flavors, which are a result of interdependencies between various traditional cuisines created from wild plants, many herbs, seasonal vegetables,from seafood to olive oil.Offered dishes&meals are mostly based on pasta and meat, of course with various attachments that provide real unique flavors. Of food we can set aside for a special appetizer in the wind dried smoked istrian ham and bacon, for main meal veal, venison dumplings, sausages with sauerkraut, indispensable truffles and goat cheese, a delicious soup made from vegetables,for dessert fritters, famous Istrian soup from red wine, olive oil, pepper, salt with white toasted bread and cookies cukerančići.
