The apartment has 30 sqm and consist of three separate parts ( private bathroom with shower, kitchen and room). This is ideal accomodation for two person becouse it has one room with one double bed and size of the room is about 13sqm. Private bathroom with shower is realy spacious and has 10 sqm and kitchen has 7 sqm. There is also in front of house nice 20 sqm courtyard with lots of shade during the whole day.

   Apartment "Goran" is located in the oldest suburb of Split, which is called Veli Varos and is only 5 minutes of walking from the old center and Diocletian Palace (300 m), which is rich with many monuments from the time of the ancient Romans and is about 10 minutes walking (600 m) from the beautiful pebble beaches which are situated along the coast of nearby park-wood Marjan. Park-wood Marjan is the favorite gathering place for many locals and as well as for foreign visitors because on Marjan hill except beautiful beaches and dense pine forest with plenty of shade can be found in addition and plenty of other interesting content such as restaurants, tennis courts and similar.
