   The two apartment villa, located approximately 50 m from the beach. In the calm summer nights guests love to spend time on the terrace of their apartment and just relax listening to the sounds of waves and the scent of the sea. Both apartments have a separate entrance, terrace, and shared garden on the ground floor which guaranties the guest's privacy
The host of this beautiful villa has about 40 years of experience in tourism and a lot of satisfied guests are the best proof of his kindness and professionalism. Since the villa has two separate apartments, is an excellent choice for two families. The host lives in a house across the street and its always at the service for their guests

Ražanj

   The old fishing village Ražanj is app. 50 km north from Split. Ražanj and its surrounding villages are know in Croatia for ecologically clean sea, untouched nature, natural coast, magnificent forests, and beautiful Villas. This region is also famous for the high number of olive tries where some of them count up to 700 years of age. Close to Ražanj lies the lake "Dragon eye" where salty and sweet water is mixing. This lake is part of a lot of legend; the most famous one is from the Greek mythology and is about the seer Pita. Our house is at the bay "Drazica" which is perfect for couples with small children, couples who seek peace and freedom, who love nature and enjoy the sea and all it offers. For the ones who like a more active vacation we offer a lot of activities: surfing, motorboats, and all types of fishing, which give you the opportunity to make a completely new experience with the sea.
