Villa Lucia

   This property is in a wonderful position in the village of Seget Vranjica right by the sea with splendid sea views towards many Dalmatian islands. In the village (500 metres walk) are a local bar, shop and restaurant. You are just 5 minutes drive from the facinating medieval town of Trogir. The property is very spacious with a splendid swimming pool in front and a lovely little beach beside, just perfect for swimming and sunbathing. A long promenade runs along the coast ideal for jogging or strolling along in the evening. It takes you to the Hotel Medena 2 km away, which has tennis courts, restaurants and a pebble beach; further on (7km away) is Seget Donji which has a little harbour and a good restaurant called «Frenky».

Trogir

   For a better choice of shops, bars and excellent restaurants, the beautiful old town of Trogir is only 5 km away. It is UNESCO heritage site full of historical buildings, old palaces, and a lovely harbour with colourful yachts as well as an array of small side streets with charming boutiques. From here you can also catch ferries to the samll nearby Islands of Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali. The picturesque town of Primosten is 30 minutes drive, and Krka National Park and its spectacular waterfalls just 40 minutes. You must visit Split to see Diocletian's Palace as well as being able to take a ferry to a number of islands such as Vis, Solta, Brac and Hvar.
