   This beautiful cottage is located in the center of the small Istrian village Mutvoran near Duga Uvala. It is very comfortable and of high quality, some with rustic features and some with modern furniture. The floors are connected by internal stairs. The house has three bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue and a large air conditioned living area. The plot of this row house is fenced on both the front and back. On hot summer days you can relax in the refreshing outdoor pool and relax and forget your everyday stress. On the back of house is a large, covered porch and a swing. Visit the beaches of Duga Uvala and Krnica or the famous, ancient city of Pula with its many attractions. The resorts Medulin and Fazana are well worth seeing.
