   Villa Maris has two apartments directly on the beach: Blue apartment is situated on the ground floor and Red apartment on the first floor. The spaciousness together with floor-to-ceiling windows, that welcome in it's magnificent views of the crystal blue Adriatic Sea, create an accommodation full of light with an atmosphere of calm and ease. The two bedrooms and dinning room has been charmingly and modernly decorated and leads onto the terrace with breathtaking views running along the length of the apartment.
It is fitted with all luxurious amenities: LCD TV, DVD and CD player and WI-FI access. There is a contemporary design dining table and chairs for 6. It has a totally new and fully equipped kitchen with everything to make your visit a hassle free one...

From top to bottom the bathroom is designed with excellent quality.

   Podstrana is one of Split’s most popular tourist areas, with delightful beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and bustling cafés. The Old Town and city wall are only a ten minute bus drive. Villa Maris apartment has been lovingly decorated and furnished with modern and chic pieces that enable a welcoming & serene atmosphere. Villa Maris offers a luxury retreat and is perfect for a truly romantic and relaxing seaside holiday!A short 5 minutes walk takes you to the charming beach restorants and bus station. There is also local tennis courts, internet garden, playground and a commercial centre a few minutes walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.There is also a regular bus service, so a car is not necessary to enjoy your time with us.
