There are 6 accommodation units in the house: 2 apartments, 2 studio-rooms and 2 rooms.
Apartment 05 and 06 (2 + 2 persons)
Total area of the apartment is 50 m2 – double bedroom, living room with an extra bed for 2 persons, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Equipment in the apartment is of highest standards of comfort and quality. The apartments are air-conditioned and also have heating for winter time so you can use them during the whole year. They also have big terrace or balcony with beautiful view on islands Brač and Šolta and Brač channel.
Studio-rooms 01 and 02 (2 persons)
These two units are of 20 m2 total area each, plus balcony of 15m2 with sea view (beach and islands Brač and Šolta). Each unit has double bedroom, bathroom and bloc-kitchen. Equipment of these units corresponds to standards of comfort and quality.
Rooms 03 and 04 (2 persons)
These two units are of 20 m2 total areas each. Each room is double bedroom with bathroom and one of them also has balcony.
Podstrana
Podstrana is municipality in Split-Dalmatia county of Croatia. Riviera Podstrana (places Strožanac, Grljevac, Sv. Martin, Mutogras) is placed along the coast of the sea only 7 km far away from the town of Split in direction of Dubrovnik. We are positioned on a half way from Split to Omiš. The whole Riviera is abounded with beautiful beaches and typical Mediterranean vegetation, pine wood and tamaris trees.
Besides Riviera Podstrana, there is also Old village Podstrana located under the mountain Perun and recently is being rebuilt as an ethno-village. There are a lot of picturesque old houses in this village and lots of them are already rebuilt and the others are in process of rebuilding. This is also the place where a lot of cultural happenings take place during the Podstrana summer festival (more on www.podstrana.hr).
The house is located near main road which enables you easily to go for a trip to visit other towns and places not far away from Podstrana: Split, Omiš, Trogir etc
