Villa Maris
Villa “Maris” is situated in the very center of the city of Split, in Plinarska street, alongside the National Theater (HNK) and the Veli Varoš (old part of the city center), at the foot of the Marjan's hill. Due to its great position, all mayor city's locations are only few minutes of walking distance, like the waterfront “Riva” and the Diocletian Palace, which is the oldest and best preserved late antique palace in the world.
The villa consists of two apartments.
Apartment “Maris” is a duplex apartment, south side oriented, with a unique view on the old roofs of historical houses from the Veli Varoš neighborhood. The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen and a bathroom, while the second floor consists of the sleeping rooms. The living room can be converted into a room, so that , if necessary, apartment can accommodate up to four people. The whole apartment is covered with high-speed wireless Internet.
