Next to the villa, the "Le Monde" restaurant is located , well known by its sea food and meat specialties, moreover there are two bakeries, supermarket, bank, a fish-market with a daily offer of fresh fish, fruits and veggies market, etc.

One of the city's symbols, a recreational center Marjan (hill covered with a pine forest), is situated on the western side of the apartment. Its three peaks, offer an unforgettable view of the city of Split, the islands that surround it, on Kaštela's Riviera as well as towns Solin and Trogir. Hill Marjan is also known as the “city's lungs" because for walkers of all ages it offers peace and tranquility, recreation and entertainment, scenery with numerous churches, solitary oasis, and the natural and trim trails.
