The house is situated in the green landscape above a pebbly beach, 50 meters within walking distance from the sea. A parking place, a lawn and a transportable grill are also situated within the house lot. The first apartment is situated on the ground flour and has an area of 100m2. The apartment has also an entrance terrace and a garden table with a total area of 10m2 as well as the lawn with an area of 50m2. The apartment comprises a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a spacious living room with a kitchen and with two single beds, also there is a possibility to place an additional bed there. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and radio, bedlinen and towels. The spacious kitchen has a fridge, a (gas-and electric) cooking stove, a coffee machine and complete cookware and outside there is a grill.
