The house is located near the tourist complexes Punta Verudela and Zlatne stijene, where there are also the most attractive city beaches, as well as numerous of other facilites (sports, disco, casino ...).

Location of the house near to the city center allows access to all the other facilities that are needed for a pleasant holidays (bank, market, post office, supermarket .....).

For guests are provided parking places for vehicles, as well as the possibility of using the grill.

Each apartment has a separate entrance from the staircase.
