This luxurious loft apartment is located in Lapad - Babin Kuk area overlooking entire Lapad Bay. Distance from the Old Town is approx. 3 kilometers. Car / scooter or using a taxi is recommended. It is not a problem to walk 5-7 minutes down to the bus station going to Old Town (10-15 minutes by bus) or to walk to the beach, but coming back can be difficult for some people because it�s uphill. The apartment is on 2 levels. It consists of bathroom, kitchen / dining / living area with sofa bed to accommodate one additional guest and a terrace downstairs. Spacious double bedroom and second bathroom with massage bath tub upstairs. Amenities include air conditioning (all rooms), heating, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-fi, full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, one parking place�
