Stone house Lucija is situated in quiet village Mimice Medici, tourist village in Central Dalmatia located on the popular Omiš Riviera, only 11 km away from Omiš and 36km from the cultural and economic center of the region, Split. If you want to escape from the crowds, noise and stressful living, Medići present an ideal spot for quite family vacation. The close vicinity of Omiš provides plenty of opportunities for excursions to the countryside and the nearby islands.
House is completely renovated in 2009. It is only 100m away from the beautifull pebble beaches suitable for the children.
There are two floors with 104 square meters of living space. On the first floor there is living room and fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned.
In front of the house is big terrace with fantastic view on island Brač. Parking place is also in front of the house.
