Welcome to a quiet 2-bed apartment, located only 900 meters from the Kolovare beach and the city center, i.e. the old town, and even closer to the central bus station and a bus stop. The 2-bed apartment is situated on the first floor of a family house with its own entrance. The apartment consists of a kitchen with all the elements included (sink, gas stove and electric cooker, oven, fridge with a freezer, table and three chairs, kitchen cabinets with utensils). The kitchen has access to the balcony with a drying rack. In the bedroom there are two single beds which can be put together into a double bed if necessary. There is also a wardrobe, nightstand, desk, TV, free air conditioner and free flat rate Internet access. In the entry hall there is a clothes and shoe cabinet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, basin and washing machine. Bed linens, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and iron are included. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Parking is provided.
