The house is situated in the green landscape above a pebbly beach, 50 meters within walking distance from the sea. A parking place, a lawn and a transportable grill are also situated within the house lot.The second apartment is situated on the first floor and has an area of 40m2. The apartment has a terrace with a garden table, an area for the electric grill and a summer kitchen with a total area of 30m2. The apartment comprises a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms connected with a door. The big room has a double bed, an air conditioning and a satellite television with a radio and the small room has two single beds. The apartment is equipped with bedlinen and towels. The summer kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer, a (gas-and electric) cooking stove, a coffee machine, a microwave and complete cookware.
